I review the new edition of the minimalist fantasy roleplaying game Tiny Dungeon from Gallant Knight Games. Plus the latest news from Cryptozoic Entertainment, USAopoly, Cubicle 7 Entertainment, Sly Flourish, and more. I’ll also share some thoughts on how gamers new to roleplaying games can make life easier for their GM. Strangely, far more flubs and screw ups in this episode than in a long, long time…

While Tiny Dungeon Second Edition isn't going to be for every GM aiming to run a fantasy game it certainly achieves what I believe it sets out to do. The book is well laid out, a very easy read, and certainly filled with nuggets for those aiming to run a very rules light sort of game. The artwork is especially nice, although repeated throughout the book. I do wish a few of the rather ho-hum "micro-settings" had been left out and replaced with more GM advice though.
