The newest edition of Delta Green is a must have for those who love a modern, covert approach to Mythos adventuring. There's loads of background in the Handler's Guide and the core system mechanics are very easily digested in the Agent's Handbook. There are some interesting new mechanics that tweak tried and true Call of Cthulhu approaches as well. I would have liked to have seen more scenarios included, and sometimes the modern layout makes for an odd reading experience in the Handler's Guide, but very minor quibbles though overall.
