I sit down to share my thoughts about Into the Odd Remastered from Bastion Press and Free League Publishing. The roleplaying game is written by Chris McDowall with graphic design and art provided by Johan Nohr. Will you be enamored by this minimalistic NUSR take on roleplaying. Or if you purchase Into the Odd will you be looking to get out of the odd as quickly as possible? You’ll find out.

Into the Odd Remastered | Review and Page-Through

Plenty of people really enjoy into the Odd but I found the system to be too light and too minimal for my tastes. I thing the book works better as an idea generator or toolbox, in my opinion, as opposed to a fully fleshed out game system. The player characters don't feel all that unique and the only things which sets any apart are the bits of arcana they may possess and their gear. I'd have liked to have seen far more into about the setting as well as adventure creation tacked as well. I felt this is simply okay,
