Summary
Monsters of the Underworld is a great addition to your 5E bestiaries. The artwork is solid and fun throughout and entries are easy to use at the table. The OSR influence on the proceedings is readily apparent throughout. I did wish for a bit more info on a handful of the creatures, though I'll take take the ease of use over the additional detail.
