I dive in to share my thoughts about, as well as a bit of a how to play, for Villagers from Sinister Fish Games. Is this light engine building about building a Medieval village after the Black Death deserving of a spot in your collection? Or should you avoid this game like the plague? You’ll find out!

Summary
Villagers is an extremely solid light engine building game. The components are very well done and the game plays along at a really nice clip. The rules are easy to wrap your head around and there's a nice amount of depth to Villagers as well. I especially like the fact that there are a variety of game modes and the copy I received included four mini expansions. My only critique is that the coins are all called gold but the various tokens are all different colors, which can lead to some confusion.
