I share my thoughts about Twilight Struggle: Red Sea – Conflict in the Horn of Africa from GMT Games. The game is a quick playing slice of the Cold War using the beloved Twilight Struggle system of card driven strategy. The game is for one or two players, ages 14+, plays in 30 to 60 minutes, and carries an MSRP of $39.00. Is this a must own for fans of Twilight Struggle and those looking to scratch that Twilight Struggle itch in 30 to 60 minutes? Or is this one horn which simply blows? You’ll find out!
*Note* I should have said there’s no guarantee either scoring card gets played in the two turns but the Africa Scoring Card is more than likely to get played.
