I provide my thoughts about the Path of Glory adventure campaign, for the Dragonbane roleplaying game, from Free League Publishing. The trio of adventures were originally released for the Swedish edition of the game back in the mid-1980s and this is the first time they’ve been collected in a single volume in English.

SUMMARY

While the 1980s design philosophies are quite present in this update of a trio of classic Drakar och Demoner tales, they're still solid adventures overall. The production quality is excellent - as we've come to expect from Free League Publishing - and I like the fact that there's more of an open-ended focus on the adventure sites rather than an attempt to railroad the players. The story is rather standard fantasy fare but still well presented.
