I share my thoughts about the companion book to Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay: Death on the Reik. Is this an invaluable resource for game masters running Death on the Reik? Or is this just filled with minutia that you can easily take a pass on when running The Enemy Within campaign? You’ll find out!

Summary
While the Death on the Reik companion isn't essential, as indicated on the book cover, there's still a lot of great gamable material included. Rules for river travel, commerce, and more DotR encounters take center stage as well as the beginning of a B-side adventure you can run throughout The Enemy Within. I certainly recommend the book to any WFRP GM even if the material within isn't necessarily must have.
