I dive into the new region guide Pathfinder Lost Omens – The Mwangi Expanse from Paizo Inc. Is this tome a fantastic addition which opens up a brand new world of Pathfinder adventure? Or is this, surprisingly, is this an uninspired region guide from Paizo Inc? You’ll find out!

Summary
There's lots packed in The Mwangi Expanse from a history of the region, to in depth looks at the peoples of the land, to a gazetteer, to a bestiary, and more. Granted most of the info is GM facing but there are a good number of new ancestries players can take for a spin. I'd have liked to have seen a bit more of a page count devoted to both the deities and the new creatures at the expense of the gazetteer section. I'll also say the pricing of the PDF is a bit high and might dissuade some gamers from picking up what in essence is a must have for Pathfinder GMs.
