We’ll get the Spooktacular off and running with a classic episode of CBS Radio Mystery Theater which aired on October 28th, 1974. In Possessed by the Devil, a minister’s son finds himself admitted to a hospital emergency room with near fatal injuries. Strangely enough, suddenly the young man suddenly shows absolutely no wounds at all. The proceedings get much weirder from there.
You’ll want to keep in mind this episode is aimed at a more mature audience than most of the shows I’ll be sharing this Halloween season (since CBSRMT aired in the 1970s-80s) so you might want to make sure the little ones aren’t in the room for this one.
