Currently one of the latest fifth edition Dungeons & Dragons supplements on the DM’s Guild is aiming to make a difference for the charity Extra Life. The supplement, One Grung Above, is tied directly into the Tomb of Annihilation adventure (which, by the way, I thought was awesome and you can read me review here) and Wizards of the Coast will be donating their portion of the proceeds to the charity. To be completely honest, the supplement is only four pages and carries a price of $4.99 but I’m sure plenty of gamers would be buying it in the first place so it’s also very cool to help sick kids along the way!
About the supplement:
From the depths of the jungles of Chult they’re here!
Summaries of the characters from the new Twitch streamed game in all their glory, plus the officially UNOFFICIAL grung traits used to created them.
All monies that Wizards would receive from sales of this product are being donated to Extra Life, so GRUNG IT UP! …and get yours now!
You can head to the D&D page on Extra Life to find out more.
Disclaimer: Outside of a certain surrogate character, this document in no way makes grung a legal, playable race in the D&D Adventurers League, or any other campaign where the Dungeon Master hates amphibians with an excess of apostrophes in their names… and yes if you’re not immune to poison and you must touch the grung to heal it… you get to make a saving throw.
