Heroes of the Pacific Hits the Beach!

Our friend Mark H. Walker of Lock ‘n Load Publishing let us know that the latest in the LnL series, Heroes of the Pacific, is hitting their P500 preorder system.

From Mark himself:

Lock ‘n Load Publishing announces Lock ‘n Load: Heroes of the Pacific. After a brief hiatus from World War II, the award winning Lock ‘n Load game system returns to the Second War to end all wars with Lock ‘n Load: Heroes of the Pacific. Lead desperate Marines struggling ashore on Tarawa; face a counterattack of HA GO tanks at the Peleliu airfield, fight for Kitano Point on Iwo Jima, and more. The game vividly recreates the small unit actions of U.S. Marines and Army soldiers fighting the forces of Imperial Japan.

It isn’t, however, all about the Marines. Heroes of the Pacific comes chock full of the U.S. Army’s finest, as well as the Imperial Japanese Army. All drawn with the painstaking detail our fans have come to expect.

Each Game Includes:

350, David Julien drawn, counters representing the men and equipment that decided the fate of the Pacific, including soldiers, Marines, IJN warriors, Sherman and Type 95 tanks, BAR, 2” knee mortars, and much more.

 12 riveting scenarios.

Four mounted, geomorphic maps representing the terrain the combatants fought over.

Skill cards to make those leaders lead and the heroes heroic.

Latest Lock ‘n Load series rules, module rules covering the combatants of the Pacific, and player aids.

A box that keeps the inside in.
