Ares Games (sorry, no website launched yet) has announced that they have acquired the rights to Wings of War and will be rebranding the air combat system as Wings of Glory.
Reaper Miniatures does such a nice job of putting together their release sheet I think it would be best if I simply share it with you. These are the figures that are on the horizon for release on September 12th!
We’re pleased to learn that Catalyst Game Labs is ready to bring it’s eagerly anticipated “battleships of the sky” miniatures game, Leviathan, to store shelves next month. Elliott and I have had the opportunity to see the demos at Origins and Gen Con and can easily say the ships do look impressive!
Our friends over at Reaper Miniatures always have something cooking as far as helping out the Child’s Play Charity and this coming September is no exception! Releasing on September 12th is the latest in a limited edition of fantasy inspired animal figures sculpted by Jason Wiebe. Soon you’ll make the acquaintance of Shoatima, the Otter Ranger!

Privateer Press is bringing new upgrade kits, for each Warmachine faction, to local stores. It’s important to remember that these are not complete models and you’ll need a heavy warjack figure for the upgrade.

I’m not sure why Wizards of the Coast *ahem* Hasbro would use the Battleship moniker for this upcoming release since it looks as if it’s as far removed from the original Battleship as a modern missile cruiser is from a WWI cruiser, but I’m not a marketing guy. Battleship Galaxies: The Saturn Offensive hits store shelves this week and, as much as I hate to say this, it looks like it could be an interesting game.
