Charlie Adlard IS Rick Grimes!

Ok… at least Charlie Adlard is Rick Grimes on a special variant cover for The Walking Dead Issue #106. In celebration of Adlard’s 100th consecutive issue as artist on the Image series, 2000 limited variants will be available featuring Adlard’s homage to the first issue cover. Good news for comic fans but bad news for those of us here in the U.S. as the variants will only be made available at Infinity & Beyond in Shrewsbury, England. What a coincidence as Charlie is standing in front of that same said store on the cover.

It also doesn’t hurt Adlard will have a special signing day at Infinity & Beyond on January, 8th as well…
