The W. W. Jacobs tale The Monkey’s Paw is featured on tonight’s edition of The Gaming Gang October Spooktacular. Airing on Nightfall on July 11th 1980, this tells of a mysterious mummified monkey’s paw and the three wishes it will grant to a Victorian era family. Of course, as in every spooky story, wishes have their price. Personally, I think this is the best radio adaptation of this classic I’ve heard.
