Summary
Bloc by Bloc provides a nice balancing act of factions fomenting revolt and avoiding unplanned entanglements with riot police. The game plays best with a full compliment of four players in a cooperative mode. I especially like how the police A.I. provides a challenge while players work against the clock. I can't say there are huge differences between the first and second editions though, so it's really going to be a toss up if you already have the game as far as snagging the new edition.
