I unbox and take a peek at the new competitive tile laying game Emergency Broadcast available from Games by Bicycle. In the game, designed by Charlie Hoopes, players take on the roles of first responders attempting to complete missions during an ever worsening flood. Emergency Broadcast is for two to four players, ages 10+, plays in around 20 to 45 minutes, and carries an MSRP of $24.99.
