One of the hottest Kickstarter projects at the moment is Slay the Spire: The Board Game from Contention Games. Based on the hit PC game, players will work together to climb the Spire and and defeat monsters as they go through clever deck-building. The project launched on November 1st and has already brought in over $1.8 million. Slay the Spire: The Board Game is for one to four players, ages 14+, and plays in around 90 minutes. You can reserve a copy of the game, the Claw Pack, and unlocked stretch goals for a $100.00 pledge though November 18th. Expected delivery is in December of next year.
