As I mentioned on the last podcast, Collins Epic Wargames was preparing a new, completely revamped Kickstarter project for Spearpoint 1943 Eastern Front. Well, the project launched yesterday (I’d have written about it then but you know the arctic ice storm blowing across the U.S.? Yep, I’ve been stuck in it…) and within 24 hours has already reached 46% of its $12k goal. You can reserve a copy of the game for the outrageously low pledge of $25.
There are very few Kickstarter projects which I will publicly stand behind (once I get back for this trip I’m going to put together a quick article about the official TGG stance on Kickstarter previews and such) but the Spearpoint title is one I personally guarantee is going to worth your support. Byron Collins, the man behind CEW, always delivers top notch releases and is someone I consider to be a friend in the industry.
So get out there and get this funded!!!
