Summary
I really love not only the fast play, which also keeps everyone involved even when it's not their turn, but also the variety of options available to the player. Games tend to stay tightly contested until the end and even poor dice rolls won't completely derail your turn. Lots of fun regardless if you're playing with two players or five as Tiny Epic Galaxies scales extremely well. My only minor ding is the solo game is simply okay, but this is design which is certainly aimed at multiple players.

  1. Love this game. Probably my favorite of the Tiny Epic Series. Thanks for your review and playthrough. Actually thought they “Beyond the Black” mucked it up what was otherwise a really slick little game. Enjoy this one a lot. I guess I need to look at “Beyond the Black” some more to see if my initial impression was a bit off. I love the dice roll. It’s expensive to use the converter, but sometimes it’s the only way to make your plan happen! Lots to like in this game! Thanks for your thoughtful and insightful review and playthrough.
