I share my thoughts about the tragic fantasy setting book Broken Weave for 5E from Cubicle 7 Games. The game transports the players to a post-apocalyptic world where they band together to protect their haven and strive to create a new civilization from the ashes of the old. The hardcover 304 page hardcover corebook arrived in stores this week.

SUMMARY

There's plenty to really like about Broken Weave, not least how it is entirely unique brings something new to roleplaying games. It utilizes the 5E SRD quite well and I believe players will be excited to take the reins of rather power survivors in the post-apocalyptic fantasy setting. I have some minor critiques such as the new test rules but all in all an exceptionally well produced setting for 5E.
