I share my thoughts about the second Old-School Essentials Adventure Anthology from Necrotic Gnome and Exalted Funeral. The book contains four short tales: Barrow of the Bone Blaggards, Shrine of the Oozing Serpent, Cathedral of the Crimson Death, and The Ravener’s Ghat. The character levels range from 1st through 8th.

SUMMARY

I especially like the layout for the adventures which come out from Necrotic Gnome for Old-School Essentials. They tend to be very easy for a GM to grasp and run at the table. This new anthology is a nice mix of tones and I really dig the first tale the most of the bunch. These are fun tales which can be completed in a session or two.
