It’s a jam packed hour and a half as the boys get ready to celebrate the one year anniversary of TGG. It’s some of the latest gaming news followed by reviews of Ninja: Legend of the Scorpion Clan from AEG, Sentinels of the Multiverse from Greater Than Games, Bloodsuckers from Fireside Games, and Jeff pulls a review of the Victory Point Games upcoming release, Hero of Weehawken, off the top of his head.
As you may have heard on our Gen Con interview with Todd Rowland, AEG will be releasing the latest expansion for Thunderstone, Heart of Doom this October. As Todd mentioned, the expansion will introduces a boss fight with the big guy himself… Doom! The new expansion (which is not a stand alone game) will include five new monsters, seven hero classes, and thirteen village cards.
AEG has announced a slight change to the date for the Emerald Championship in order not to conflict with the holidays. The new date is December 17th, 2011 in Sacramento, CA.
Legend of the Five Rings CCG players are competing worldwide for the chance of being named a jeweled Champion and having a say in the design of a new Champion card. I don’t know about you but pretty much having your own card in a collectable card game is pretty sweet!
