A program back in the 1950s which could provide some nice chills was The Hall of Fantasy. While the series is probably not one of the best remembered (or regarded by some) since it didn’t employ big name actors and the slim budget the show operated on led to somewhat lackluster music and sound effects. A somewhat over the top announcer didn’t help either but one aspect of The Hall of Fantasy, which set it apart from a multitude of other shows dealing with horror, were the grim and dark tales presented; here was a show that wasn’t afraid to finish an episode on a down note either.
In The Shadow People, a young woman believes she’s being hunted by the same dark entities who murdered her father. Our protagonist enlists the aid of a renowned expert on the paranormal to save her but can she be saved?
