The Gaming Gang October Spooktacular continues with an episode of The Hermit’s Cave. The program originated in Detroit beginning in 1930 as a 15 minute program later increasing to 30 minutes in 1937. While there were over 800 episodes over a period of 14 years, this really wasn’t a truly ongoing series perse but more along the lines of five different shows, all with the same title.
In The House with a Past, which aired on June 27th, 1937, a couple rent a house which is incredibly inexpensive and slowly learn the unpleasant reason why the rent is so low.
