If you’re looking to get your Magic: The Gathering fix while seeing how the pros approach the game you’ll be interested in watching the live stream of the Dragon’s Maze tourney. Beginning March 17th you’ll be able to follow lots of M:TG action (or as much action as you could expect watching people play a card game but folks still sit in front of the tellie for Texas Hold ‘Em I suppose) provided by Wizards of the Coast at DailyMTG.com and twitch.tv/magicprotour.
From Wizards:
Sunny San Diego is the host city for the final Pro Tour of the 2012-13 season, featuring the debut of the new Dragon’s Maze set on the premier-play stage. The top players from around the world will be in San Diego to battle for fame, glory, and $250,000 in cash prizes in the Return to Ravnica Block Constructed and Return to Ravnica Block Booster Draft formats. The stakes will be high for many players because the final results from this event will also determine the National Champion of each country participating in the 2013 World Magic Cup and new Pro Players Club levels for the 2013-14 season. Tune in for the three-day live webcast starting Friday morning for complete access to the Pro Tour: live match coverage, deck techs, behind-the-scenes interviews with R&D members, and much more!
The live video webcast for Pro Tour Dragon’s Maze begins Friday morning and runs all three days, with Brian David-Marshall, Rich Hagon, Rashad Miller, Zac Hill, Marshall Sutcliffe, and Sheldon Menery calling the action.
