What’s New from Indie Boards and Cards

There’s lots going on over at Indie Boards and Cards. First off, you can now pick up Flash Point: Fire Rescue at Barnes and Noble and the games new firefighter figures too. Plus, Target is testing Flash Point in about 75 stores. Congrats to IBC for hitting the mainstream chains.

Plus there’s new stuff coming.  The first new games to be announced are the expansions for Flash Point: Fire Rescue – a re-release of Urban Structures and a brand new expansion designed by one of Flash Point’s biggest fans: 2nd Story. 2nd Story brings the world of Flash Point into three dimensions with two story buildings, and introduces stairs, windows and ladders. The Kickstarter project to get the expansions off the ground is in it’s final days, but you can still get in on the action by visiting their Kickstarter project page.

In the next few weeks you’ll see two more projects coming to Kickstarter. One is the long awaited sequel for The
Resistance – taking The Resistance franchise to where it hasn’t been before, the past. The other is Indie’s first game from a previously published designer – more details coming soon.

Don’t forget to visit Indie’s booth at Gen Con this year for a chance to try out their new expansions and take a peek at the prototypes of their new games. So take the long trek to stop on by booth 2051 (all the way in the back corner) to see what is up at Indie Boards and Cards.
