Wings of War Deluxe Box to Debut at Essen

One of the more popular WWI era aerial dogfight games on the market, Wings of War, is set for a brand new revised edition to make it’s initial bow at Essen.

Four new miniature airplanes are coming soon in the Wings of War Miniatures Revised Deluxe Set, a complete game for 2 to 4 players that will be a new starting point for who wants to start to play Wings of War game with miniatures. The new Deluxe Set of WWI period features the airplanes SPAD XIII, Sopwith Camel, Albatros DVa and Fokker DR.I, with colours only found in this set, piloted by some of the greatest aces of World War I: Frank Luke Jr., Arthur Roy Brown, Paul Baumer and Manfred Von Richthofen. The new WWI Deluxe Set will be available five languages: English, Spanish, French, German and Italian.

This new edition will feature four completely assembled and  painted planes (in the standard 1/144 scale). Each plane comes with a special gaming base and maneuver deck, which provide  accurate representations of its dogfighting capabilities. You’ll also find the new edition includes two different decks of “Fire” cards (the “A” deck and “B” deck), game rules, and everything else necessary to get set up and playing within minutes.

Wings of War Miniatures Revised Deluxe Set is a complete game fully compatible with all existing Wings of War WWI sets – Burning Drachens, Famous Aces, Watch Your Back, and Flight of the Giants, as well as the Balloon Busters expansion and every previously released Airplane Pack and Booster Pack.
