I share my thoughts about the eagerly anticipated 4th edition of the Twilight 2000 roleplaying game from Free League Publishing. Is this system a perfect fit for gamers looking for a post-Cold War apocalyptic setting? Or is this reboot of the venerable GDW roleplaying game a complete misfire? You’ll find out!

I played the original and with the right equipment we ran a once a week 6 to 8 hour campaign for 6 months. We had a heavy tank 2 apc’s and some light transport vehicles. The motivation was to secure shelter and food for a short period and the long range goal was to find transport home. There were 7 of us so long campaigns are possible. I played with all military people while stationed in South Korea.
Good to hear you had a great time!
