Someone better get ready to catch Elliott when he faints because Fantasy Flight Games has announced a surprise for Gen Con attendees: a previously undisclosed Mansions of Madness expansion. The expansion is entitled The Silver Tablet and there isn’t much info to be gathered just yet but we do know the expansion will be available for sale at the convention and will make it’s way to stores soon after. Game Salute has an image of the expansion box if you’d like to take a quick peek.
Fantasy Flight Games has released a print on demand expansion for Mansions of Madness, entitled Season of the Witch designed by Richard Launius.
It was a lovely Saturday afternoon (at least in Arizona) as Elliott and Jeff record yet another relatively irrelevant episode. After a look at the latest gaming news, Elliott is joined by Dr. Scott Nicholson of On Board Games (and, the unfortunately the no longer in production, Board Games with Scott) as they discuss gaming at the library.
The boys review Mansions of Madness from Fantasy Flight Games, Emerald Empire 4th Edition for the Legend of the Five Rings RPG from AEG, and Resident Evil Alliance from Bandai.
It took a while but it’s time for a new episode with reviews of The Golden City from Z-Man Games and Final Frontier from Victory Point Games.
David Brashaw and Leonard Boyd visit, from across the pond with Elliott to discuss designing the upcoming Discworld themed Z-Man release, Guards! Guards!
